ILT and VILT

Instructor-led training includes facilitators teaching skills or material to people through lectures, presentations, demonstrations, and discussions. This can also be accomplished through virtual instructor-led training. To make this training effective, it is important to design and develop engaging and interactive presentations, detailed facilitator guides, and participant guides if they are needed.
