When working with your organization, I will assist in analyzing the needs of the learners . Once the learning gaps have been identified and the eLearning training has been designed, there are several eLearning tools that can be used to create interactive and engaging courses. Below you will find examples of courses I have created using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.

Property Management Inspection
Tools Used: Articulate Storyline 360, WellSaid Labs, Canva
Problem: A company has seen a significant increase in expenses due to property inspections not being conducted on a regular basis or thoroughly. The increase in expenses could be prevented and minimized if inspections were completed regularly.
Solution: An eLearning course developed in Articulate Storyline to guide property managers through the four types of property inspections, which will reduce expenses and decrease vacancy loss.

How to Start Budgeting in Your 20s
Tools Used: Articulate Rise 360, Canva
Problem: Employers are seeing an increase in issues related to financial stresses among their young employees. These financial stresses are causing employees to be more stressed, which undercuts their productivity and keeps them from taking full advantage of other valuable programs/benefits (for example – 401(k) retirement plans).
Solution: An eLearning course built in Articulate Rise that will help the employees learn how to budget and save money, which will reduce their overall stress. This will not only improve the employee's financial health, but also their physical, emotional and career health.
